Shipping Area

KAYLULU ships within Canada, excluding Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut. Available destinations are shown at checkout.

Shipping Charges

Shipping options and charges are shown at checkout after a complete delivery address is entered. Rates vary by product, and per-item shipping charges may be combined for multi-item orders. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Order Processing and Delivery

Most orders are estimated to arrive within 3–5 business days after processing. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary because of inventory, destination, weather, carrier delays, or access restrictions.

Customers must provide accurate delivery and contact information. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address, refused or missed delivery, restricted access, or redelivery may be charged where permitted by law.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be sent to the email address or phone number on the order when available. Updates may take time to appear after a label is created.

Large or Bulky Items

Furniture and other large items may require special delivery arrangements. Customers must confirm that entrances, hallways, elevators, doorways, and delivery access are suitable.

Pickup Availability

Pickup is available only for eligible products and locations shown at checkout. Not every product is available at every pickup location.

Review the package dimensions and weight and confirm that your vehicle can accommodate every package.

Warehouse 2: KAYLULU Mississauga Pickup

Area: Mississauga, Ontario L5C 1V8, Canada (near Mavis Road and Dundas Street).

Available only for selected eligible products and by appointment only. The exact address and instructions are included in the official KAYLULU pickup document. Do not travel before receiving it.

Pickup Verification

The official KAYLULU pickup document is required. An order confirmation email alone is not accepted for pickup.

Damage, Missing Parts, or Incorrect Items

Contact hello@kaylulu.ca within 30 days with the order number and clear photos or video. Keep the product and packaging until instructions are provided.
