Condo / apartment delivery

Delivery is to the building entrance/outside handoff point only. Someone must meet the driver outside and receive the order. Delivery inside the building or to your unit is not included.

Receiving your order

Someone must be available to receive the order at the outside handoff point. Once the order is with the carrier, monitor tracking, phone and text/email notifications for the latest delivery information.

If delivery cannot be completed

Contact KAYLULU to arrange the next step. A new delivery fee will apply before redelivery can be arranged; additional applicable return or handling charges may apply.
